Membership Rates
Several amenities are included with your membership at Terwilliger Plaza, like starting on that woodworking project, dropping by the salon and joining friends in the cafe.
Membership at Terwilliger Plaza gives you access to all the benefits of the Plaza's services, recreational and social facilities and access to our private extended care. The exact membership fee amount is determined by the size, location and view of the residence you choose. The membership investment is not considered a real estate transaction and is not transferable.
Members also pay a monthly maintenance fee based on the size of the apartment and the number of persons in residence. This fee includes utilities (electricity, local phone, heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, garbage and basic cable TV), free laundry rooms, housekeeping twice a month, weekly personal linen service, scheduled transportation, 24 emergency response, storage lockers, use of hobby rooms, recreational areas, fitness and computer centers, library, woodshop, garden room and much more.
The Application Process
Your first step to becoming a Terwilliger Plaza member is to choose the apartment style that you prefer. If one is available and you are ready to begin the application process, our marketing staff will assist you in completing the application. Payment of the application fee will hold the apartment for you up to 90 days. The balance of your membership fee is paid at move in.
If the apartment size and location that you desire is not available, or if you are planning for a future move, it is advised that you request to be placed on our waiting list. There is a $1000.00 fully refundable deposit for waiting list privileges.
