The Heights
The Heights at Terwilliger Plaza is a new 140,000 square foot addition that will add 48 luxurious two-bedroom apartments, an exercise pool, a therapy pool, a fitness room, a bistro, and a lounge. Located on the hill behind The Tower building, The Heights will reflect the modernist character of the existing Terwilliger Plaza buildings to create a unified, contemporary residential campus. The new wing will be easily accessible from The Tower and its amenities via an enclosed skybridge.
Organized along a single-loaded corridor filled with daylight, the new residences will enjoy views of Mount Hood and downtown Portland from wide window expanses and private decks. The timeless character of the exterior will be maintained within the apartments and common spaces. Two color and material palettes will be offered that include a coordinated selection of wood or cork flooring, carpeting, and kitchen and bath tiles, counters, and cabinets.
Only a few apartments remain available at The Heights in sizes ranging from 1,280 square feet to 1,895 square feet.
The Tower
Opened in 1962, the original 12-story building has been beautifully renovated. Additionally, The Terrace has 44 enhanced assisted living apartments, a parking garage, restaurant-style dining room with optional meal program, a large auditorium, fitness and wellness center, deli store, hair salon, and rooftop garden.
