Opened in 1962, the original 12-story building has been beautifully renovated. There are 204 apartments with styles ranging from studios through 2 bedroom/2 full bath units. Square footage begins at 378 to 1323, respectively. The modern apartment accommodations have walk-in showers with tubs in the 2nd full bathroom. Each apartment has a full kitchen equipped with plenty of counter space and pantry storage.
Opened in 2008, The Heights reflect the modernist character of the existing Terwilliger Plaza building to create a unified, contemporary residential campus.
This 8-story building added 48, luxurious, two-bedroom apartments. Floor plans range from 1280 sq. ft. to 1895 sq. ft. for a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath plus den. A washer/dryer is included in each apartment. Each apartment features a generous balcony for enjoying spectacular views of the mountains and cityscape.
All apartments at Terwilliger Plaza come with an additional storage locker, and the option of outside or garage parking for private automobiles. There’s something for everyone here, and the membership fee will vary depending on personal preference in apartment style and location.
