The Terrace is designed for members who wish to have long-term professional healthcare provided to them in the comfort and privacy of their apartment. These studio and one-bedroom apartments include private baths, kitchenettes and a nurse-call system. Each floor of The Terrace includes a common living room, dining room, therapeutic baths, activities room and terraces to enjoy the beauty of a gardening spot or a view of the city.

Each apartment is equipped with:

- Private bath with walk-in shower
- Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
- Emergency nurse-call system

Basic Terrace services included in monthly fee:
- 24-hour nursing and support staff
- Medication reminders and management
- Medical appointment scheduling
- Regular health monitoring and assessments
- 3 meals daily in the Terrace dining rooms located on each residence floor
- Emergency response
- Weekly housekeeping
- Bed making service
- All utilities, including extended basic cable TV and local phone
- Activities planned by an activity/social coordinator
- Scheduled transportation
- Weekly laundry of flat linen
- Apartment and building maintenance
When eating in The Plaza’s main dining room, any charges over the regular daily special price will be charged to member’s Plaza restaurant account.
